Cancellation Period

Products ordered from our online store have a 14-day cancellation right.

Notification

Before canceling your order, you must contact our customer service to notify us of the cancellation and the impending return of the products.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on products purchased from our online store. You may return a product that has been put into use within 14 days  if you are not satisfied with it.

Refund

The payment will be refunded using the same method by which the order was paid. For example, if you paid by card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be agreed upon.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
